THIS AMENDMENT TO THAT CERTAIN MARINA EASEMENT AGREEMENT is made
this c:? 1 l::k day of Marcil, 2011, to correot the legal description 'found in that certain
Marina Easement Ag reement recorded on October 26,2010, in the Public Records of Okaloosa
County, Florida, at Official Records Bool< 2958, Page 472, et seq, by Destin West Beach and
Bay Resort - Bays ide Property Owners Association, Inc., a FIQrida not-for-profit corporation
(hereinafter "Grantor"), and Destin West Marina, LLC, a Florida limited liability company
(hereinafter "Grantee") , for the purpose of correcting the legal description of the "Property"
described in Exhibit "A" to the Marina Easement Agreement as follows : .
1. The legal description of the Property as set forth in the Marina Easement
Agreement is replaced with the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
2. In al l other respects , the terms and conditions of the Marina Easement
Agreement remain in full force and effect.
