BACKGROUND: The vendor was notified on July 6, 2015 of tasks not completed as required under the scope of services and given twenty days to remedy or cure the breach of contract. TDD staff met with the vendor on July 21 and both parties agreed that no further payment will be made under the contract. OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove RECOMMENDATION: Approve closeout of contract C15-2253-TDD, Realin’ Scripts Charters LLC, without issuing final payment in the amount of $7,380. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
