Gentlemen,
This is a written request by myself, as representative of the Training and Research Center (TRC) Florida LLC, to divide
Parcel 12 as discussed at our meeting on 10/29 at the Crestview Chamber of Commerce. | understand that it will be the
responsibility of TRC Florida LLC to incur the costs of a survey by an independent contractor and a revised appraisal of the
newly divided parcel directly adjacent to the current Parcel 14. Upon completion of the boundary survey and appraisal, |
would like to negotiate a price to purchase this newly defined parcel directly from the county. This potential land acquisition
will impact the placement of the future Ordnance Education / Training Center and EOD Museum project that is currently
under way on Parcel 14. I understand this Parcel 12 is currently owned by Okaloosa County and subject to approval by the
Airport Administration with regards to sale or development. If all parties involved agree to allow this parcel to be divided, as
was agreed upon at the aforementioned meeting, | am prepared to have a new survey and revised appraisal done immediately.
An acknowledgement of yes to this request via a response to this email will allow me to expedite matters and move this
project along in an expedient manner.
