BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: April 7, 2015 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Jason Autrey SUBJECT: SCS Engineers Contract C06-1353-PW Final Payment and Closure DEPARTMENT: Public Works BCC DISTRICT: STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Master Service Agreement C06-1353-PW with SCS Engineers, Inc. will conclude with payment of final invoices. Staff is seeking Board approval to close the contract. BACKGROUND: Master Service Agreement C06-1353-PW with SCS Engineers was originally executed in April of 2006. The primary work performed under this contract was landfill compliance and remediation. On February 27, 2015, the Board approved budget transfers allowing for the payment of the final invoices on the remaining open Task Orders. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends the Board close Master Service Agreement C06- 1353-PW with SCS Engineers, Inc. upon payment of the final invoices. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
