As a pre-cursor to development of the FY 2014 Okaloosa County Annual Budget, the Board of
County Commissioners needs to discuss and offer direction for the proposed FY 2013 - 2014
Okaloosa County Strategic Plan and Priorities for the Board departments.
The attached document consists of the proposed Okaloosa County Strategic Plan for FY 2013 -
2014 as well as the Board Priorities for each BCC department.
Staff recommends the Board review the proposed FY 2013 - 2014 Okaloosa County Strategic
Plan and Board Priorities and provide direction.
