- A 460V true 3-phase power supply service, water service, and copper phone line will be made available to
the lift station sites by 96CEG upon coordination by OCWS. Once in operation, OCWS assumes
responsibility for power expenses to operate the lift stations. For water service, a 1” service will be
required at each lift station. Once the lift stations are in service, OCWS would pay 96CEG for these
services through monthly billing.
- It is assumed that there will be no charge for the Eglin utilities easement. If there is a fair market value
charge in the future associated with this easement, this cost will be added to the monthly bill as a surcharge.
- Decommissioning and demolition of the existing Main Base and Plew WWTPs are not included in this
scope.
- All work by OCWS must be approved in accordance with Section 255.20(1)(c)9 of Florida Statutes.
