Mr. Minich moved to approve as presented. Mr. Reeves seconded motion and it
carried by a vote of 5 to 1 with Miller, Reeves, Garvie, Pullen, and Minich in favor and
Holmes opposed ( Hartwell absent).
The City Manager complimented the department directors for doing an excellent job in
the
presenting a budget despite of the many cuts that had to be made. She also thanked
Finance Director and the BudgetlGrants Manager for their efforts on the FY 07- 08 budget.
