STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The renewal of the Airports leased vehicle fleet is being presented
to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: On February 7, 2012 the Board approved the Airports leased vehicle fleet.
The leased vehicles expire every twenty four months and are about to expire. The Closed-End
(Walkaway) Lease Rates Quotes for the new vehicles are attached for signature. The Airport
will lease nine vehicles instead of ten. The new lease rates from Enterprise will remain the same
as the last lease rates.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the renewal of
the Airports leased vehicle fleet as described above.
