7. Request approval of and acceptance for recording a drainage easement for an
Emergency Watershed Protection erosion damage project in Rolling Hills Estates in

8. Request approval to schedule a public hearing to consider revisions and amendments
to Garbage/Solid Waste Ordinance Numbers 00-08 and 06-44. District: All.
9. Request approval of and authorize the Chairman to execute Task Order #39 with
SCS Engineers for aquifer testing, groundwater modeling and remedial action plan
addendum at Baker Landfill. District: All.
10. Request approval of and authorize the Chairman to execute Addendum #2 to Task
Order #28 with SCS Engineers for the FDEP Innovative Recycling/Waste Reduction
grant. District: All.
11. Request approval of and authorize the Chairman to execute an amendment to the
State Highway Lighting, Maintenance and Compensation agreement with Florida
Department of Transportation (FDOT) to correct an FDOT error in the original
agreement. District: All.
