TO#35 Pre-GMP Phase – New Crestview K-8 Campus and Destin Elementary 4th and 5th Grade Center:
The scope of work for the New Crestview K-8 Campus consists of design efforts to develop the 80-acre parcel of land recently
purchased by OCSD adjacent to the new Crestview bypass. We will accomplish all required surveying, topography and environmental
investigations associated with the civil design and resulting site improvements to the undeveloped property. All site development

potential future development of the parcel to include additional facilities such as a new elementary school. Included in the design will be

athletic fields, etc. Site utilities to support this development will also be provided and coordinated with the appropriate County and/or City
departments.
