Tremco Modified Bitumen roof system that covers the Gymnasium, Auditorium, Locker Rooms, Band Room, Chorus Room, classrooms,
restrooms, labs, Cafeteria, Kitchen and Media Center areas of the main building. The Tremco Alphaguard BIO system with Permafab
reinforcing mesh will be applied. The restoration work totals approximately 1700 squares.
Silver Sands School Replacement/Restoration Roofing Project – This project consists of the removal and replacement of the
existing coated reinforced single ply membrane over 3” thick polyisocyanurate insulation board roof system that covers Building 5. This
system was installed over metal decking which shall remain. This Building 5 tear-off area is approximately 115 squares. A new Tremco
Powerply Endure BIO 100 roofing system will be installed. We will be performing roof restoration (coatings) at the adjacent roof on the
hallway between Buildings 1 and 4. The Tremco Alphaguard BIO system with Permafab reinforcing mesh will be applied. The restoration
work totals approximately 10 squares. New edge metal, gutters and downspouts are included in the scope for Building 5.
Niceville High School Replacement Roofing Projects – This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing 2” thick
polyurethane foam roof system at the 700 Building (ROTC). This foam system was installed over the original built-up roof system so both
existing roofs must be removed down to the existing lightweight concrete deck which shall remain. This building 700 tear-off area is
approximately 30 squares. The project also consists of the removal and replacement of the existing mechanically attached single ply
membrane over 3” thick polyisocyanurate insulation board roof system that covers Building 400 and the Volleyball Locker Room areas.
This system was installed over metal decking which shall remain. This Building 400 and Volleyball Locker Room tear-off area is
approximately 100 squares. We will also be removing and replacing the existing fully-adhered single-ply roof system on the entrance
area adjacent to the Volleyball Locker Rooms as part of this scope. This single-ply roof system was installed over a lightweight concrete
deck which shall remain. This entrance roof tear-off area is approximately 7 squares. We will also be replacing the existing fully adhered
modified bituminous roof over the Front Office Bookkeeper’s Area. This Front Office Bookkeeper area work totals approximately 33
squares. A new Tremco Powerply Endure BIO 100 roofing system will be installed at all areas. New edge metal, gutters and downspouts
are included for all areas. Finally, we will be removing and replacing the existing asphalt shingle roof on Building 10 Wrestling and Girl’s
Locker Room with new Tremco Tremlock T-138 24GA Galvanized Standing Seam Roof over the existing plywood decking. This Building
10 area totals approximately 50 squares.
