By selecting a SurgeryPlus network facility, the employee will have access to "Best in Class" outcomes, concierge service and will have their deductible and coinsurance waived. SurgeryPlus delivers savings of up to 50% compared to national carriers by securing lower reimbursement rates with participating providers. The recommended fee structure would be based on a percentage of the savings achieved. OCSD would retain 65% and EDH 35% of the amount saved.
