the trespass decision is guilty of and subject to penalties for trespass
under state law or penalties set out in this Section of the Code.
9. 15 Duration of Trespass Warnings Issued for Violation of Cit Ordinance
Any Trespass Warning issued for any violation of any City of Fort Walton Beach
Ordinance shall be issued for a period of one ( 1) year.
Section 3. Severability
Each separate provision of this Chapter is deemed independent of all other provisions
herein so that if any portion or provision of this Chapter is declared invalid, all other provisions
thereof shall remain valid and enforceable.
Section 4. Effective Date
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon approval on second reading by City
Council and signature of the Mayor.
