Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2016 Budget, General Fund from Florida Department of State (FDOS) for state aid libraries grant, in the amount of $99,649. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2016 Budget, Tourist Development for cash carryforward, in the amount of $4,151,731. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2016 Budget, Okaloosa Debt Service Fund for cash carryforward, in the amount of $589,535. Budget Transfer, Water and Sewer Enterprise Fund to provide local match for United States Army (USA) phase IV ($41,250) and Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD) Bob Sikes storage tank ($1,390,069) grant, in the amount of $1,431,319. RECOMMENDATION: Staff requests Board approval of attached Budget Resolutions& Transfers.
