City shall develop a County- to- City Zoning Use Conversion Table as specified in Policy A.3. 4 of the Future Land Use Element. 4. 2. 2. 1. 3. Policy G.6. 6 — The City and Okaloosa County shall coordinate information in the form of data and analysis of population projections, infrastructure service areas and the siting of facilities with countywide significance and execute an interlocal agreement to implement this policy. 4. 2. 2. 1. 4. Policy A.3. 4 — Annexation will be implemented on a case - by -case basis upon application. Lands annexed to the City shall be designated on the Future Land Use Map and be zoned according to the following table " Conversion Table County to City Zoning and Future Land Use." 4. 2. 2. 1. 5. Policy A.3. 5 - The City shall preserve and protect stable residential neighborhoods and prevent the following from occurring in residential areas: 4. 2. 2. 1. 5. 1. Commercial development encroaching into residential areas; 4.2. 2. 1. 5. 3. Adjacent development deemed incompatible with residential areas. 4.2. 2. 2. Future Land Use Map Designation and Zoning Category. Upon annexation, the City will need to designate a land use category on the City' s Future Land Use Map and zone the property a City zoning district. The conversion table above indicates that the City will designate the property LDR on the FLUM and zone it R -1 or R -IA District. An ordinance zoning the property will be developed after the property is 4  annexed into the City and will be brought before the MPB and City Council at a future date. 4. 2. 2. 2. 1. Zoning analysis: The request site is developed. Table 1 below indicates existing land use and zoning for properties adjacent to the request site. Map Exhibits B -D show existing zoning, future land use and existing land use in the area surrounding the request. The table also shows that lands in the City adjacent to the request are exclusively single family residential, which is consistent with the land use designations and zoning in this portion of the Kenwood Neighborhood, LDR and R -1A, respectively. 5.
