The purpose of this meeting is to receive the Summary of Findings from the labor attorney on the Mayor's investigation into the working relationships and workplace interaction among the Charter Officers and among the Charter Officers and the Officials and employees of the City; and any other business to come before the Council. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
