Block 21, Townsite of Port Dixie, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 1, page 64,
of the public records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
AND
The south 20,00 feet of 2% Avenue lying north of and adjacent to the west 20 feet of lot 24, Block 2,
Townsite of Port Dixie, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 1, page 64, of the
public records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
Tam authorized to act on the behalf of the above ownership entities in all matters pertaining to this
request.
