AMENDMENT TWO TO CONTRACT C12-1961-PW BETWEEN ASPHALT PAVING SYSTEMS, INC. AND OKALOOSA COUNTY CONTRACT C12-1961-PW This AMENDMENT made and entered into this day of , 2015, amends the Contract C12-1961-PW, dated June 27, 2012, by and between Okaloosa County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “County”) and Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc. (the “Contractor). RECITALS WHEREAS, on June 27, 2012, the County and Contractor entered into a Contract (C12-1961-PW), which authorizes Contractor to provide micro-surfacing materials and labor as required by the County; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Contract to include a time extension to allow for all OPEN TASK ORDERS to be completed. After which time, the contract will close. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein and other good and valuable consideration, the County and Contractor entered into this Amendment to Contract. Section 1. The Contract shall be amended to remain in effect until the completion of the current task orders. Section 2. All other provisions of the Contract as amended shall remain in full force and effect.
