STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Seeking Board approval to utilize the State of Florida Contract for
the purchase of one (1) 2014 85 HP Tractor from Triple D Equipment, Inc for Public Works.
BACKGROUND:The Public Works Department has requested to purchase one (1) 2014 85HP
Tractor from the State of Florida Contract. The vendor is Triple D Equipment, Inc. (Deland,FL)
with a total cost of $53,945.91. Funding is available in the Public Works FY14 budget account
number 3202-564402.
OPTIONS: Award/Reject purchase of one (1) 2014 85HP Tractor on State of Florida Contract
from Triple D Equipment, Inc.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends approving purchase of one (1) 2014 85HP Tractor
on State of Florida Contract from Triple D Equipment, Inc.
