Requests For Additional Information received from the FDEP. Upon completion of the project, RS&H shall prepare the Certification of Completion packages for both the water and sewer permits to turn the systems over for operation. Task B.2.5 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permitting (NPDES): RS&H will prepare the stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and the Notice of Intent (NOI) application as required by DEP for NPDES permitting. Task B.2.6 US Army Corp of Engineers Section 404 Permit: RS&H will prepare and submit an application for a Section 404 with the USACE for wetlands. The permit set will contain plans and details necessary for the horizontal improvements proposed. Task B.3.0 Wetland Mitigation and Permitting Assistance Task B.3.1 Wetland Mitigation Identification / Flag Wetland in Project Area. RS&H will perform site investigation to review potential mitigation areas and flag wetland jurisdictional line within project limits. The A/E will investigate existing on-Airport wetlands for use as mitigation. Task B.3.2 NWFWMD Field Review Meeting. RS&H will meet individually onsite with the NWFVWMD to review project area and coordinate mitigation area. Task B.3.3 USACE Field Review Meeting. RS&H will meet individually onsite with the USACE to review project area and coordinate mitigation area. Task B.3.4 Request For Additional Information (RAI) Response. RS&H shall respond to one Request for Additional Information (RAls) for USACE 404 Permit and NWFWMD Environmental Resource Permit.
