Sixel Consulting Group, Inc. 5. COMPENSATION Annual Retainer Sixel Consulting will offer Northwest Florida a retainer pricing option in the amount of $42,000 for each year of the contract. The retainer could be paid in full once per contract year on the anniversary date of the contract. The retainer pricing option includes these services and products: e Preparation of an Air Service Development Master Plan in each contract year. e Attendance and business case development at four (4) industry Air Service Development conferences per contract year and up to five (5) meetings per conference per contract year. e Attendance and business case development at up to five (5) airline headquarters meetings per contract year. e Four (4) quarterly domestic and international Airline Traffic Quarterly reports per contract year. e Twelve (12) monthly airline schedule reports per contract year. e Unlimited ad-hoc consulting services e Four (4) meetings in Northwest Florida with community, business or other travel stakeholders per contract year. The annual retainer does not include leakage/retention studies or video production. The cost of a leakage/retention study is $15,000, and video production is priced based on the complexity and time required to produce the video. Meetings at conferences, in excess of the five meetings specified above, are charged at $2,500 per meeting. Billing for Internal and External Communications Sixel Consulting does not charge clients for internal or external communications to include telephone calls or e-mails. Travel, Conference Registration Fees and Printing Expenses Under both pricing options, travel expenses for airline headquarters meetings would be billed at actual expense plus a 10% administrative fee. Also under both pricing options, conference registration fees and travel expenses would be allocated to Northwest Florida based on Northwest Florida's share of all meetings attended by all Sixel clients at a conference (if Sixel represented clients in 100 meetings at a conference, and Sixel represented Northwest Florida at five (5) meetings, 5% of Sixel's expenses would be allocated to Northwest Florida). Color printing for business case presentations is not included in either pricing option. Business case presentations would be charged at a rate of $1 per page (defined as a single side of a page); there is no printing charge for up to two (2) hard copies of the annual air service strategic development work plan, domestic and international traffic reports, airline schedule reports and most ad-hoc consulting services documents.
