10. 1 Resolution 2011 - 16 Mid -Year Budget Amendment
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2010 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2011 BUDGET TO
MAKE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO APPROPRIATIONS OF CITY FUNDS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Recognizes increases in the current fiscal year budget for the General Fund, Law Enforcement
Trust Fund, CRA Fund, Utilities Fund, Golf Fund, and Beal Memorial Cemetery Fund due to
unanticipated revenues and expenditures.
Charlotte Dunworth, Budget /Grant Manager, advised the resolution recognizes mid -year changes
of unanticipated activities that occurred.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA TO
SUBORDINATE THE RIGHTS OF UTILITY EASEMENTS ALONG STATE ROAD 85 IN
ORDER TO CONSTRUCT NEW MAST ARM TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT THE
INTERSECTION OF EGLIN PARKWAY AND HOLLYWOOD BOULEVARD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Subordination of City utility interests agreement with FDOT to allow for the construction of new
mast arm traffic signals at the intersection of Eglin Parkway and Hollywood Boulevard.

Michael Beedie, Engineering/ Utilities Director, advised the resolution and agreement allows
FDOT to install the new mast arm traffic signals at the intersection of Eglin Parkway and
Hollywood Blvd.
