Modifications to Existing Street lighting Districts
Modifications to street lighting districts may be requested by property owners within the
existing district. Requests are made in writing to Public Works and must follow all
procedures listed above beginning with the petition submission. Cost estimates, as
provided by the appropriate power provider, for any modifications to an existing district
will be included in the petition.
