It has come to our attention that a proposed Ordinance is being presented to the County Commissioners to approve a “linear park” and open container ordinance that will extend from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay that will accommodate joggers, golf carts, and pedestrian traffic and permit open containers of alcoholic beverages. We strongly believe that this proposal is an outstanding concept and we whole heartedly encourage the County Commissioners to approve same.
