RE: Bayview Subdivision
Dear Mr. Hofstad:
It is my understanding that the County has placed a road off of Beachview Drive in Fort Walton
Beach upon the property of my clients, Timothy W. Smith and Sharon L. Smith. I have consulted
with Mark Siner of Choctaw Engineering and Mr. Smith regarding the County’s presence on his
property, and I believe that J have found a resolution which I hope the County will find reasonable.
That resolution would be for the County and Mr. and Mrs. Smith to have a land “swap” so as to
convey to the County Parcel “B” (which is described and depicted on the attached Exhibit “A”),
with the County conveying title to Parcel “A” (which is also described and depicted on the attached
Exhibit “A”).
If this is something which your office is willing to discuss, please so indicate and let me know the
process by which you would prefer to move this matter forward.
