Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC hereby presents for the Board’s consideration at the December
16, 2014 meeting of the County Commissioners Resolutions directing Surety Land Title of
Florida to prepare Quitclaim Deeds for the accepted bidders of particular properties referenced
therein.
Once approved, Quitclaim Deeds for the accepted bidders for the particular properties will be
sent to the Board Chairman’s office for his signature.
