STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Resolution 13-146 is to be amended for clarification of Board's
intent relative to the vacation.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners approved the closure of a portion of the
right-of-way of 5th Ave and 5th St in the Townsite of Port Dixie during the October 15th Board
meeting, however the Resolution failed to properly reflect the action the Board intended to
approve.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve the amending of the resolution to reflect the action the
Board intended to approve.
