Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) for Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Local Solicitation for Okaloosa County Sheriff Office purchase of new rolling storage system to expand and better organize evidence storage capacity and ballistic shields for use during active shooter incidents grant in the amount of $29,471. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from the United States Department of Justice (USDOJ) for State Criminal Alien Assistance Program for costs of incarcerating undocumented criminal aliens being held as a result of state and/or local convictions grant in the amount of $17,225. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Tourist Development Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations for remission of funds from United States Marshalls from British Petroleum Exploration and Production Inc. and Florida Coastal Northwest Communications Council in the amount of $561,173. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Airport Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from the United States Department of Transportation-Federal Aviation Administration (USDOT-FAA) to construct an aircraft rescue and firefighting (ARFF) building grant in the amount of $2,743,526. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for cooperative grants in the amount of $123,500. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2013 Budget, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for cooperative Host portion grants in the amount of $100,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for state aid mosquito/arthropod control grant in the amount of $30,000. Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2014 Budget, Supervisor of Elections - General Fund, which did not reflect adequate appropriations from United States Department of Defense - Defense Human Resources Activity (USDOD-DHRA) for electronic absentee systems for elections (EASE) federal voting assistance program (FVAP) grant in the amount of $1,881,339.
