SUBJECT: Technology Integration Group Contract #C14-2206-IS Task Order 2

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Board is requested to approve, and authorize the Chairman to
execute, Task Order 2 in the amount of $100,000.00 with PC Specialists, Inc. DBA Technology
Integration Group (TIG) under Contract #C14-2206-IS for Information Technology Services.
BACKGROUND: The Board had approved Contract #C14-2206-IS with TIG on August 5,
2014. Task Order 2 is for Information Technology Services needed for, but not limited to,
networking, design, Voice Over Internet Protocol or any area of service that Information
Systems provides to its clients. The cost of services for Task Order 2 will be performed at
current contracted labor rates with a not-to-exceed cost of $100,000.00. This task order has been
through the Purchasing review process and funding is available in the Information Systems
budget, the Communications Service budget and the Telecommunications budget.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Task Order 2 in the
amount of $100,000.00 with PC Specialists, Inc. DBA Technology Integration Group (TIG)
Contract #C14-2206-IS for Information Technology Services.
