Action - Direction - Discussion items may be acted upon by the City Council by either a motion with a vote in accordance with Robert' s Rules of Order, or by a consensus of the Council. Council cannot make a motion at workshops. Anyway those minutes were approved in the regular Council meeting on 9- 25 -12. Please have them deleted from the workshop agenda. In the future please do not put any workshop minutes to be approved on another workshop meeting. 1 always pick up all minutes and they are approved in a regular council meeting.
