that in our professional judgment and to the best of our knowledge and belief, and based on
information provided by the project surveyor and our engineer’s observation that the onsite and
offsite improvements to the roadway, storm drainage, sanitary sewer service, potable water
service, vehicular use area, pedestrian sidewalks, and building for the above referenced project
have been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as approved by
Okaloosa County Engineering Review services. | have conducted an on-site inspection of
infrastructure on July 2, 2016.
