STATEMENT OF ISSUE: In order for Public Hearings, Workshops and Employee Award
presentations to be scheduled for the 1st Quarter of FY 2015, meeting schedules need to be
approved and published.
BACKGROUND: The attached calendars for 1st Quarter of FY 2015 (October - November -
December) were prepared by County Administrator’s staff in July 2014.
OPTIONS: Approve the attached calendars as presented or direct staff to add or change topics
and/or meeting dates as needed.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve the attached calendars.
