The effect is a net savings of $17,522.50 to the Owner. This change order also extends the contract time to reflect time necessary to troubleshoot controls and also to prove ali systems operational and properly reporting once Owner's SCADA system installed. The one year warranty period will begin with the approval date of this change order and approval of final payment to the Contractor.
