SUBJECT: Corrected Enterprise Fleet Management Extension

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A corrected Enterprise Fleet Management Lease Extension is being
presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: On July 1, 2014 the Board approved the Enterprise Fleet Management Lease
Extension for the Airports. The letter that Enterprise sent did not have the County's signature
block for approval purposes. Enterprise amended the letter to include all vehicles with delivery
dates, stated each vehicle will be extended until December 31, 2014 and added the County's
signature blocks.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve this correction to
the approved Enterprise Fleet Management Lease extension.
