Consent Agenda Subject : 7.26 Amendment to Agreement with Early Learning Coalition as Related to TAPP Program, presented by Rebecca Heald, Specialist, Student Services, and recommended by the Superintendent for approval. Meeting : Jan 12, 2026 - Workshop Meeting Type : Action (Consent) Preferred Date : Jan 12, 2026 Absolute Date : Jan 12, 2026 Budgeted : Yes Budget Source : 2086 Recommended Action : Motion to approve the amendment to the Early Learning Coalition as related to TAPP Program. Public Content Currently, the District makes two payments for TAPP day care: one payment to Early Learning Coalition (ELC) and one payment to the day care to cover the parent's portion. The ELC-EC desires to adjust the agreed upon daily rates to address parent co-pays. This agreement would allow the District to make one payment for TAPP day care to the ELC. The ELC would then pay the parent's portion to the day care. This would streamline the process and be the same cost for the District. Please note this is a revision of the amendment approved by the Board on November 10, 2025. Please contact Rebecca Heald at (850) 833-3108 for additional information.
