There are a couple of items highlighted below that need attention. Note we will present it as a DRAFT such that if there are any comments or alterations from the Board then they can be incorporated without having to re-staff the documents and take them back to the Board. We need to have our request in MinuteTrag by July 15, Also we will need a coordination sheet that we can include in the BCC agenda request as an attachment. Will you please check with Lynn? included in this transmission is the following: 1) PDF documents for Attachments A, B, C, D, and the blank Price Proposal Forms (the PDF price forms will need to be attached to the RFP once it is finalized). - 2) Word document for the RFP {dates need to be inserted — they are highlighted in yellow). 3) Word document for Attachment A (Franchise Agreement) should the BOCC direct revisions to be made. 4) Excel document of Price Proposal Forms that should be published with the proposal package for Proposers to complete and submit.
