Utilize CRA funds to provide in -kind services in the not -to-exceed amount of $2, 500,000 to allow the Sound Side Affordable Housing Development to proceed with submitting the necessary items to HUD to secure a conventional loan and proceed with the Build America Bond Program. Synopsis: On March 17, 2010 the Community Redevelopment Agency unanimously approved recommendation of this proposal.
