STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Amendment Number Four to Signatory Airline Operating
Agreement, American Airlines, Inc., is being presented to the Board of County Commissioners
for approval.
BACKGROUND: American Airlines, Inc previously entered in a signatory airline operating
agreement and now requests to add affiliate airlines to its agreement. The Contract and Lease
Internal Coordination Sheet is attached along with American Airlines current certificate of
insurance.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table
RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends the Board approve this amendment for American
Airlines.
