Motion & Voting Motion to approve the recommendation to retain Attorney Julie Weatherly with the firm of Resolutions in Special Education, Inc., to provide update and revision of the District’s 504 Manual, under the current rate agreement with that firm. Final Resolution: Motion Carries Yes: Tim Bryant, Dewey Destin, Melissa Thrush, Rodney Walker, Lamar White Motion to ratify the retaining of Attorney Joseph Hammons to provide legal counsel to the District regarding a student disciplinary hearing that was brought before the Board, under the current rate agreement the School Board has with Hammons Law Firm.
