STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Request approval of sole source for Louisville Magazine for Peter
Mayer task order 113.
BACKGROUND: The Task Order Approval Form for Peter Mayer task order 113 in the amount
of $533,197 for print ads was approved by the Board on November 19, 2013. Sole source forms
were provided for all the regional magazines except Louisville Magazine.
The task order was originally executed prior to the current Purchasing Manager, so Board
approval is requested for the sole source form. Payment cannot be processed without a sole
source form.
OPTIONS: Approve or Disapprove
RECOMMENDATION: Approve sole source for Louisville Magazine for Peter Mayer task
order 113 and authorize the Purchasing Manager to sign the form.
