Dear Mr. Henderson/Mr. Parisot:
This letter will serve as my request for the following vacation of an un-named alleyway — also please find
enclosed my check in the amount of $590.00 to cover the application fees:
The legal would be the 20 foot wide alley way lying adjacent to Lots 19 through 21, inclusive, Block 53,
Town site of Port Dixte as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 64-66, Public Records of Okaloosa County,
Florida. It is my understanding that most of the un-named alleyway has already been vacated.
| respectfully request a hearing as soon as possible and | request this to be approved without any certain
stipulations prohibiting the vacated land from having any improvements on it as our structure foot print
encroaches on the part we are requesting to be vacated. This structure was bullt In 2001,
| would very much appreciate it if this could be expedited due to the fact that we have a signed contract
for the sale of our house — the buyer is enlisted in the United States Air Force and Is due to be deployed
TDY In November, 2013.
Please advise If you have any questions or need further Information regarding this matter.

Sincerely,
