A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY FOR THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT BY ESTABLISHING A MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE
FOR HERITAGE PARK AND CULTURAL CENTER AND FEES FOR STRUCTURE;
AND SETTING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON
BEACH:
Section I. Pursuant to the authority of section 7. 01. 02, Recreational Programs, Fees,
Procedures, of the City Code of Ordinances, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule for the
Heritage Park and Cultural Center is amended as follows to establish a membership
structure and fees for that membership structure:
