STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Board discussion of legislative issues.
BACKGROUND: Attached are the Board approved legislative priorities for 2013. Also attached
are the legislative issues from the FAC Legislative Policy Conference held on Sept. 18-20, 2013.
ANALYSIS: Once our legislative list is finalized, it should be sent to our delegation.
OPTIONS: Provide staff direction.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Reach consensus on local legislative issues and provide staff
direction.
