Since 1964, WFRPC has been meeting the needs of communities across the region to further our
mission of preserving and enhancing the quality of life in northwest Florida. In celebration of our
century of service, we are hosting an open house on October 20 th starting at 2 p.m. prior to
half-century
our October monthly meeting. We cordially invite you to attend our anniversary event and
would be honored if you would be will willing
ing to speak a few words to our members at the 3:30
council meeting. A formal invitation will be mailed to you the first of October.
In addition, attached is a draft template for a resolution or proclamation in celebration of our 50
years. Please consider presenting this Resolution to your Commission or Council for approval in
celebration of our 50th year. If you would like for WFRPC staff to attend one of your
Commission or Council meetings please let me know and staff will be more than happy to
provide additional information
