STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Sixel Consulting Group's Air-Service Development contract
renewal is being presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: Sixel Consulting Group, Inc., Air Service Development, entered into a
contract December 1, 2013 through the RFP process for air service development for the
Northwest Florida Regional Airport. Air service development includes Airline Headquarters
Meetings and Presentations, Air Service Development Conference Meetings, Community Visits
and Presentations, Market Studies, and Airline Recruitment Videos. The Airport and Sixel
Consulting are requesting to extend this contract for the year ahead (FY2015).
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve this contract
renewal as described above.
