Handler; and

outstanding service on behalf of the members of his department and the citizens of our community;

member of the Police Department, holding many positions: a patrol officer, a member of the
Okaloosa County Drug Task Force, and a Corporal in the Uniformed Patrol Division until he was
selected as a Narcotics Detection Canine Handler in the newly formed Canine Patrol. His personal
drive to excel and desire to help others, coupled with his extensive knowledge of police procedures
has served him, the Police Department and the good citizens of our great City immeasurably; and

which affects the lives of many of our citizens. Upon returning to the Uniform Patrol Division, he
continued his diligent efforts to protect the citizens of our City as an experienced Corporal, imparting
his knowledge upon the less experienced officers with whom he worked. When the City of Fort
