Petition to add a streetlight at the corner of Church Street and
Forest Cove which is within the
Forest Cove Municipal Service Benefit Unit (MSBU)
The Forest Cove MSBU provides funding for streetlights. A property owner within the MSBU boundary
has requested an additional light be installed on the wood pole at the intersection of Church Street and
Forest Cove. Per Gulf Power, the light would need to be installed to hang over Church Street because it
cannot be hung over Forest Cove due to a riser on the pole. This petition will need to represent a 51%
compliance of the property owners within the MSBU boundary for the light to be added.
