RECOMMENDATION: 4. 1. Staff respectfully requests City Council approval to award the unit price bid for the materials to roof and /or paint a total of thirteen ( 13) homes and two ( 2) church buildings for the FY 2011 - 12 World Changers program as part of the Community Development Block Grant program to the lowest, responsive responsible bidders, Lowe' s Home Center for roof materials and Color Wheel Paints and Coatings for paint materials.
