RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS: Lessee is aware of the restrictive covenants adopted by the Okaloosa Island Authority that requires that the property be used for a public park and other recreational activities/purposes, and covenants not to allow any concessions or other uses of the property that are not consistent with that utilization.
