It includes discussion of John Forbes’s estate and historical descriptions of Indigenous land use. These descriptions belong to the nineteenth-century court record. The decision and order conclude on printed page 163. The first and last scanned pages also retain adjacent material from other cases.
Printed headings, case boundaries, page count and embedded PDF metadata checked. The repository’s current download returned HTTP 403 during this intake, so a fresh byte-for-byte comparison with its live copy was unavailable. The preserved local original is identified by its recorded SHA-256. Embedded OCR may contain recognition errors; use the page images when quoting. Reading-copy page boundaries were visually checked against the original. The shorter ruling is one page; the longer decision retains all 18 report pages, including the final order. Reading PDFs contain page images rather than a new OCR transcription. All eighteen facsimile pages compared with the transcription; amounts, names and case boundaries corrected against the images. Conflicting cents amounts printed in the source retained. Bracketed restoration of damaged letters and one uncertain word disclosed.
